Remove php5 session cleanup from this script, since it does not work anymore.
The fix is to modify /usr/lib/php5/sessionclean itself and adjust the path.

Adjust php5 session cleanup according to Debian Wheezy change for DSA 3008-2.
Simplify the adjustment to only take care of the different session directory
in the CAcert chroot, thus assuming that maxlifetime and sessionclean are not
differentiated between main and chroot environment.
