Comment out deletion of auto-configured IPv6 address for eth3, since this is not
functional anymore with the Debian Wheezy kernel.

Add commands to remove the auto-configured IPv6 address from eth3,
and turn off IPv6 auto-configuration for that interface -- we do not
want to maintain a reverse mapping for this address, so we shouldn't
use it, and it shouldn't be automatically re-added for us.
